You will join a skilled and sociable team of 40 colleagues who work across our offices in Gothenburg, Kvikne and Oppdal – this role can be based at either of our offices. Our organisation consists of multiple teams who work closely together; Support, Onboarding, Finance, Sales, Marketing and Development.

What can you expect in the role?
As Product Content Creator at VisBook you will become part of the Customer Success team. You will be responsible for translating and adapting our product content from Swedish or Norwegian to English, making it accessible to our customers outside the Nordics. The content includes written documentation, images and videos which is made available to customers in the knowledge base via our Customer Portal. Working closely with the Product Content Team Lead, your task will be to translate new content as well as keeping existing content up to date and optimised, enabling our customers to quickly find the answers they are looking for.
Alongside Customer Support and Onboarding, the Product Content team is part of our Customer Success team. We work closely together with focus on the customer experience.
Who are we looking for?
We believe that you are an excellent writer and communicator with a good technical understanding. You are creative and structured, with the ability to turn complicated information into easy-to-understand guides and articles for our target audience.
We hope that you have several of the following traits and skills:
- You write and speak English at a native level, in addition to having excellent communication skills in Swedish and/or Norwegian
- You have lived in an English-speaking country
- Experience with technical documentation
- Experience from Zendesk
- Experience from the hospitality industry
- Good understanding of technical user ability and information flow
- Good communication and cooperation skills
- Good quality awareness
- Experience from video editing / digital content
The role is a temporary position for 6-12 months, and the start date is flexible. We will agree the terms together. Our team is growing, and there may be an opportunity to continue your career within VisBook at the end of the position.
