VisBook is one of the leading Property Management Systems in the Nordics, and we have high ambitions for the future. We deliver an all-in-one hotel management software to hotels and other businesses within the hospitality industry. Our system administrates everything from booking and check-in to restaurant and spa, and therefore becomes the heart of the business.
What do you do as an Onboarding Consultant?
You will become part of our Nordic onboarding team, who work closely with clients on a daily basis. The closest team consists of an Onboarding Manager and currently seven other onboarding consultants, each with different backgrounds and skills. It is a strong team with great creativity, a positive atmosphere, and a supportive environment for exchanging experiences.
Your primary responsibility will be onboarding new clients, ensuring they receive the necessary training and knowledge about the system, enabling them to work effectively. You will serve as a "trusted advisor" for clients, addressing their issues with professional training and guidance, contributing to high customer satisfaction.
You should be willing to travel, primarily within Sweden but possibly also to other countries where our clients operate. Therefore, you must be fluent in Swedish (spoken and written) and your English should be business level (spoken and written). Exprerience from one or more of the Scandinavian languages is an advantage.

You will join a skilled and sociable company of 50 VisBook colleagues who work across our offices in Gothenburg, Kvikne and Oppdal. This role can be based at either of our offices. For the right person we can also consider hybrid and/or remote office at other locations. Our organisation consists of multiple teams who work closely together; Onboarding, Sales, Support, Content, Development, Marketing and Finance.

Who are we looking for?
Personal qualities are essential to succeed in the role as an Onboarding Consultant. Ideally, you recognize yourself in several of the descriptions below:
- background in the hospitality industry and previous experience of working with/in PMS-systems
- excellent communication skills - a dedicated and pedagogical educator
- advocate for high customer satisfaction
- solid understanding of IT/software, and experience as a super-user is an advantage.
- alternatively, long experience in support or customer service.
You are outgoing and enjoy interactions and frequent contact with clients. You have a positive attitude and a natural ability to build relationships. You are helpful at heart and willing to contribute to the department's growth.
You have the ability to quickly gain an in-depth understanding of clients’ businesses and needs, and you are skilled at putting yourself in others' shoes and understanding their challenges.
You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. You have a high work capacity and are focused on delivering results for clients. You are solution-oriented and have strong collaboration and communication skills.

Driver’s License: Category B driver’s license is required
